Scope for A/S is
determined by our regulations.
Please contact Dignis to request an A/S, either
via email (dignis@dignisdesign.com), or our online
forum (bulletin board).
> Free repair
- Items
with defective assembly or finish may be exchanged for free.
- Omitted
or damaged parts will be re-supplied.
- The period for free A/S is limited to 15 days after purchase.
> Paid repair
- Repair
costs will be charged according to the leather and case conditions, in case of
damage during consumption or by user carelessness within one year after
purchase.
- Paid
exchanges to new product is limited to once in a given year.

Repaired (reparable items) – varying by product condition
Please call us to
check eligibility for A/S, and then send us the receipt or certificate of
guarantee acquired at the time of purchase and the product to Dignis
headquarters.
According to our
A/S procedures, you may capture the online purchase page with the place and
date of purchase shown.
All products ordered from our headquarters are shipped
with a certificate of guarantee with the place and date of purchase shown.
Other purchase points only include a certificate of guarantee. Therefore, we
kindly request a separate document of purchase information.
